Dukes & Graves, Ltd. has provided accounting and financial advisory services to businesses and individuals since 1990. In 2000 we opened an office in Greenville, North Carolina to serve clients in that region.

Danny L. Dukes III

Mr. Dukes received his BA at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. He has over 20 years experience in public accounting in the Washington, D.C. area. His areas of practice include small business consulting, tax planning and return preparation, audit, personal financial planning, and delinquent tax workouts.

June P. Graves

Ms. Graves received her BSBA and her MBA at Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama. She has over 25 years experience in government and public accounting. Her areas of practice include new business and franchise formation services, tax planning and return preparation, bookkeeping and trust accounting. Ms. Graves has taught business and accounting courses as an auxiliary faculty member at the University of Maryland and Northern Virginia Community College.

Margaret H. Martinez

Ms. Martinez has a BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Hawaii. She has over 15 years of experience in public accounting. Her areas of practice include tax planning and return preparation, accounting systems installation and training, nonprofit accounting, small business consulting and tax compliance issues.
